Is There a Push to Water Down the Quality of the Intervention?
There's some really wishy, washy stuff out there. It's hard to even call it mindfulness. People in the workplace don't want to spend 45 minutes a day or 45 minutes to three, four times a week on that. There's a push to water down the quality of the intervention. And that may lead to some of the wishy washy, you know, and the inability to compare across programs.
