The Most Impactful Thing I Learned From Having All the Team Together
We're a distributed company. We weren't sitting in class rooms doing training on how to run ads or build sales force dashboards. We were much more strategic about the programming to focus on things that really harness the power of the group. There is a tremendous value about getting people together in person. I don't, i can't say never, but ery unlikely we'll have a bunch of different offices around the world where people need to show up to.
