The RT Internal Matter: Who Signed Off on the Deal?

Ryan Tuberley and Noel Kelly's statement yesterday left a lot to be desired. It says, this is nothing to do with us. This is an RT internal matter. In terms of how it was being accounted for on the RT books, yes, it is an RTinternal matter. And presumably, if you have a contract, you ensure that the conditions of it are in here too.
