Can someone call themselves a senior or lead developer if the longest they have ever been into single job is less than three years? The answer to that is 100% yes. And honestly, i think people who have this perspective are super rare in our industry. It's like you're always kind of moving on to new things and seeing them. You carry all the company context and stay at a company where all that context is useful. E like, you learn from code decisions every where but if you, maybe you learned how to work with this organization, and then you're still in that org. So that's, that's useful.
