Oncologists often are thinking about other cancers but Justin they have a thing when uh when uh salange went through the idea of oligo progression and breast cancer specifically in her two positives these are we do have some CNS drugs or at least get in there that that respond. If the patient is responding systemically but then progresses just in the brain to treat the brain locally like with radiation and then keep the same systemic therapy going would you think that that paradigm applies to a thing that we haven't talked about that that is an option?
