How Important Is Cash?

The biggest excuse i always hear when people say, no, i can't get into real estate. It's like, al i have no money to start with. So many projects that we got into, we boughtwewe, renovated without our own money. That's how my husban nd i built our company, with other people's money. But yes, there are so many creative ways. And then there's traditional ways, right? We know a lot of people who literally just take their, take their money and then invest it in their own projects.
