Biden's Forgiveness Plan Could Cost Us Taxpayers 300 Billion Dollars

The administration has claimed it has the power to unilaterally forgive student loan debts without consulting congress, as justification. Bipartisan legal foundation is arguing that biden has violated both the constitution and the administrative procedure act.
