I think that what took place I followed the Renaissance periodization diet up so it has built-in recommendations and I literally just boom I just went with the most standard recommendation but I lost more than what it projected. The fact that it was more aggressive than not to me like fits your personality and if you would have done something different you would have been successful but probably still unhappy at the end possibly.
