What's the Dichotomy?
Clayton: Most of my hard offer stuff, they don't even know there's something for sale to like page five of the letter. I tell them really cool stuff they didn't know about. And then I say, oh, by the way, we have some sale and then I start selling them on. So that was the dichotomy. It was like, if it's a hard offer, you open with benefits and something cool. If it's a soft offer, you opened with the offer.
