The sort of evidence based medicine stuff comes into conflict with necessary medical ethics. And you have to, you have to pick a side. It's not always clear how things should be done. I came up with this idea of micro dosing, which I thought was an interesting idea a few years ago. But that never really got off the ground because it's not necessarily stupid because I haven't finished the idea yet.
