The Modern Condition of Experts That Are Super Experts

A traffic engineer's goal is to have the most efficient, let's say movement of traffic from point A to point B. And so the irony of the traffic engineer decide designing a city or town is that the traffic is designed to move people past these little businesses as quickly as possible. That I think is a perfect picture of the modern condition of experts that are super expert, super good at doing what they do but it might not be the right thing for that situation.
