What's New in the SCL Standard?

The post gress language is based on the s c l standard. It has a number of advanced features that people may not be familiar with. For example, you can use an over clause to calculate aggregates cross a window clause. There are also complex statistical functions built into postscriptsand which have been supported for many years.
