A 48 year old man with a past medical history of hypertension presents to the emergency department at four in the morning with chest pain. The physical exam shows that initially the systolic blood pressure was 190. His troponions are negative times three, his EKG shows some T wave inversions and two, three, ABF in fear,. CBC is normal. Chest x ray is totally normal. And then within an hour time, Robbie, he was given some nitroglycerin, had no influence on his chest pain.
