Putting Great, Great Things Out Into the Universe
The biggest thing I'm hearing is letting go of that need to be perfect and knowing that no matter what, we're doing the best we can. Hershey has an amazing inclusive culture and there's always room for improvements. But also being, you know, with third parties, I also see many other cultures and many other practices and behaviors. And so I think these are all opportunities for all of us.
