The Importance of Being a Correspondent
I knew when I shook John Stewart's hand that my life was gonna change forever. My parents were like, girl, you better get your butt over to New York and get on that show. So I just packed up and left and moved when the span of two weeks and I was in my twenties there. Like when you're a correspondent, it's just a different skill set. It is almost like being, you know, they're not ready for primetime players in that regard. That's my dream is the Kool-Aunty - which is probably the reason I move back from here.
