The Importance of Propositions

A proposition is a statement that can be true or false. Dilla Huntie conflates claims with propositions as if they're the same thing. There are an infinite number of propositions and only a tiny portion of them are true. If people never existed, there would still be propositions just as there wouldstill be mathematical truths. But if someone sincerely makes a claim about an invisible reality affecting him and he has nothing to gain in making that claim, then that's evidence for the invisible reality that he's talking about.
