What I Was Looking for in the Landscape of the Kent Coast
The author walked the coast of kent and england for his latest book. He says he was struck by signs of human occupation, including coastal defence works. But as he got closer to the real threat posed by climate change she began to think more about natural beauty in the area. She also became concerned that migrant animals like seals could be at risk from a lack of protection.
