How to Avoid Boredom Snacking

Boredom is a major reason, I think, for people to mindlessly snack on things. Sometimes when I get bored, I just, you know, I miss that phenomenon of like opening the fridge. If I'm just able to bring a little bit of awareness to it, I'm not necessarily hungry. I'm just bored. And so if I do want to snack, it's going to be something that is most adept at swaging my hunger.
