I think you've got to separate a true agency from one person in a bedroom. So like freelance versus agency, like you're glorified freelancer until you have an in-house team of people servicing businesses at high level that don't leave you off for two months. And I respect the hustle, but sending like automated emails when you have no experience, trying to sign people to pay a five gram per tonne is like robbery. You should do free trials, in my opinion.
