Should All Banks Be Checked Out?

Banks get a government guarantee and they receive trillions of dollars in deposits. And rightfully, well, should be checked out on everything they do. If anybody does anything like a Paul Mosher did, for example, a Solomon, they ought to go to jail. But if you're breaking laws, you should be prosecuted on it.
