Matching Love to Survival

The older i get, the more obvious it feels to me that love is indeed something that you practise. And so when i think about this question of, how do we survive with our love intact, it's matching love to survival,. It's not that we can s people can survive for quite some time without feeling love or experiencing love. But love is what makes surviving worth it. So to me, the practice is to match my love to my survival. To make sure that my love is keeping pa with my life, that i'm loving at the level that 38 year old queer, mixed race, black woman with three children, survivor can love.
