Ask for step one to ten first. If you have not actually shown you understood that, it's almost an automatic no. You're asking me to invest probably tens of millions of dollars over the course of a couple of years and dozens upon dozens of people to maintain and support this thing. So if someone comes in overly confident in that regard I immediately think that they're hiding something or they don't fully understand the ramifications. They're being naive because when you do engineering long enough things break timelines continue to push out.
