Liberal Means Can Achieve Bral Ends
I would argue, socialism is a hollow iteology. It promises one thing and it can't deliver on it. The question is whether or not people are going to consistently pursue liberal means. And there's a variety of reasons why they might, prejudice, but also vested interest. People benefit by not being liberal, you knowi by getting power and privilege given to them. We live in a modern version of mercantilism; liberalism was born as a criticism of mercantileism. So we need to remember that and focus our energies in the right direction.
