i bet you about a hundred to one, i think the odds are that you would get a major swing away from brexet. That's what i call a wildcat citizen assembly. You could do this on redistricting. You could have a citizen jury, and you could put to the citizen jury the dilemmas that he's having to think about. When people saw what it was, they'd be really in favor of it. And we are still on open society and these things, when people can see legitimacy, that's influential.
