Product Launches - How Many Failures Do You Have?

Right now we're running about a 60 65% success rate on our products. We've had two in the last three months that have just been complete other failures. Our whole thing is it's a sunk cost already It's not worth devaluing your brand on an awful product because our whole thought processes get you into our ecosystem.
