The Paranormal and the Scientific Worldview
When he was in graduate school, Michael Schulder thought there might be something to the paranormal. He became much more committed to the kind of materialist, you know, scientific worldview. If it turned out that quantum consciousness is the theory that explains consciousness and therefore you and I could actually read each other's thoughts through this quantum field, if that were true, then that wouldn't be ESP or psychic power. It would just be some form of quantum physics and neuroscience.
