How to Lose Weight and Maintain Muscle
We don't really need measurements, right? You can just look in the mirror, you know, if you're too fat. I think it's just simpler to do a photo. Because the photo catches both the fat and the muscle. So doing highs as intermittent fasting is a good way. That's kind of like one meal a day, that kind of thing. For maintaining weight, but at least for me, at my current level of activity and everything, I need to fast longer than 24 hours to lose fat.
