But the thing that's more surprising about you, that is what i celebrate you for in the book, is that growth at all costs isn't really what we're aiming for. We want to create scaleabl products, scaleable systems in the business. And so scaling for is about not always growing in terms of the size of the team, but it is thinking about how to scale the amount of input and effort
