The Importance of Culture in Decision Making
A culture, sort of as an activist, evangelist. Maybe you can see, smell, touch it when you walk into an office. But is it tangible, intangible? How long does it take you to figure out if it's good culture, bad culture? How do you assess that? Yeah, we over index in the parlance of technology. We use culture almost too much to drive the decision-making norms. So rather than designing really sophisticated compensation programs or decision-making processes, we turn to culture.
