Lono: My mentor always used to tell me, lono, is there some is this something that's going to keep you up at night three days from now, three months from now, five years from now? And just putting that lense in mind kind of helps me put that into perspective of how much investment and time i need to spend in some of these changes. So do it faster and better, and at the same time, just constantly learn and continue to v on a day to day basis. That's what i had for you guys to day.
