Confederate Constitution - How Can We Appeal to Slavery States?

There is a provision for a supreme court of the confederacy, but it's never organized. So they create this constitution, and then they start thinking about how they can pursue their greater goals. And one of the most important parts of their greater goals is to bring in more slaveholding states.
