Chikung is a mix of yoga and um tai chi so we use like two sticks. Different exercises to clean the chi around you that's what you do in the morning. The heart one for example or the light one which is more related to your soul are healings depending on what you need. One healing will necessarily work for one person because everybody's needs and challenges are very very different.
