Are You Resilient or Gritty?

I think wanting to be independent. So having come from a broken home, I didn't want to be reliant on anybody. My father was self-employed and pulled himself up from pretty much nothing in a beautiful little North Essex village called Burnham on Crouch. He wanted the best for his children and so it was very driven. But I also think it is having some wonderful people who see some talent in you and give you some feedback even if it's the tough love feedback.
