i would say to anyone who is considering you getting a job and prodect manageer management, no ar there you no opportunities out there wher ther task or special projects or something. And even if they don't transition, even if they stay within their own organization, i mean, party management skills are very, very valuable for a variety of different roles. I think that the first step is rono around showing that, you know, you do have those leadership skills, that you're able to have, no people who believe in you....
