We all have a map, now you don't understand what the maps are, of space time and a dimension called closeness to everyone that we know. And the phone has allowed us to tap into space time in this closeness map which define all our attachments on a very regular basis. So how do you manage it? You have to stop seeking within social media. I've taken on the practice of turning off my phone for a couple hours each day. It's incredibly hard. People get really upset too, by the way.
