Alex Uel: We've just finished a six-month start to the year in which the NASDAQ was up 32%. That was its best start since 1983. It makes a particularly good time, I think, to be assessing and maybe even reassessing TechStocks. Eric Savitz: A lot of last year's sell-off was tied to the Fed. And so that's a big positive for technology stocks, which tend to perform better when rates are lower.
