The average age at Otisville is pretty high compared to most prisons. You're sleeping on a metal slab with a two inch thick mattress. There's no cells. Some people did, but you have to work. I think for the most part, the attitude there was that a Jew is a Jew. And if you're there, you should try to live your life as best you can and learn.
