In the final paragraph of this, he kind of gets to the lead there. He talks about how if you use Henderson-Hausvock formula on the tubular fluid in the proximal tubule, it doesn't compute. And then we see carbonic anhydrous in S1 and S2, but not in S3. If that was kind of interesting, I'm not sure if it's clinically relevant. But, yeah. Roger makes all his students do it.
