We wanted to know how true people will stand by their brand and their niche store. We decided a $50 Hamish and Andy test that we run this year. Stand By Your Brand is in the similar vein where if someone says they only do one thing, we ring as a customer looking to move them outside their declared boundaries of business. If they stand firm and they refuse to bend, then they will win.
