The Importance of Conlang in a Novel

The book takes place primarily around the city of Prasel. The Yivrian D, which is a foreign language to them is rendered untranslated. So how did you get that passed an editor? That was not too hard. Most editors will rightfully attempt to prevent you from putting lots and lots of conlangs in your book. But they're quite happy if you put it up online as a companion, which I've done.
