Can you just tell us a little bit about that and how they could potentially work if the government took? One of the reasons that banks don't lend to entrepreneurs is most of them fail. So venture capitalists take an equity position in firms. And the idea is that they might lose on three or four, but one of them is going to succeed big time. They gain massively on the equity. We should combine venture capitalism with banking. The only way I can see getting out of it is because we'll be forced to do something gigantic on the climate.
