Most of my customers are a one-time purchase as once their windows are installed they don't need to replace them again in their lifetime. If you can at least offer that kind of experience to your one-time customer it's just as good as having them as a repeat customer. You're going to have a library of long-term referrals that come from every single customer that you do. The more point and the more contact points you have with your customer over the course of time the more loyal they become.
