The Importance of Self-Expression

I come from a very artistic family. My father is an actor and my mother is an artist. We were exposed to all of these different ways, all of these forms of expression,. self-expression. I played basketball at a national level but sports wasn't the only access or the only thing that I knew to use to express myself. But where I had issue, perhaps not an issue, but where I may have struggled with anxiety was in my failure to succeed in these endeavors. That was the pressure. If we were going to do certain things, we had to do it with the mentality of success. And if you didn't success, you would consider the failure, that kind of stuff
