Run From Home - Exploring the Local Area
If you're not particularly calling yourself a runner, put stuff h you can run in on. Turn round every sort of five or ten minutes and take a photo of what's that way. Look for like bodies of water. And when there's a sign above it saying footpath, just go and explore in there. Use trail running as an excuse, ofor exploring. That is for a first tip. They'll have a tip about getting motivated. Em, just tell yourself, i'll just go for a walk. It could be like 15 miles all the way around rutland water behind me. You could say, right, in three months, i want to fit enough to run
