Jung's Seven Sermons to the Dead

Carl Jung was inspired to write his own Gnostic scripture in 1916. He saw Gnosticism as a distant precursor to analytical psychology. But the early Catholic Church effectively wiped them out of the history books. If only Gnosticism could have survived over a thousand years, then he would be able to trace the roots of analytical psychology more convincingly than before.
