Sally Kohn: So if we have this idea that there are these precursors to human-sociality, human-socio-interactive abilities, in non-human primates, I guess my last question is, how broadly does that extend into other species? She asks whether the kind of social interaction that happens requires some level of adaptiveness to the signal that being produced by the other animal. Kohn: If you have no flexibility, then clearly you're not interacting like a human being.
