How to Climb Better

Climbing is a skill sport first and foremost learning and refining the vast technical skill sets takes years. Developing the mental skill set is a lifelong endeavor that even veteran professional climbers are still working on. Taking enough rest days get enough sleep, listen to your body and occasionally take a deload week when you feel the fatigue accumulating. If climbing with aches and pains well why not take a few days off or better yet seek medical advice rather than blindly climbing on through the injury which usually just makes matters worse.
