After two years of lockdowns and now mandates, the Pfizer CEO says we’ll be back to our normal lives within a year. Of course, we’ve heard similar lines before, and they never seem to hold true. Who would benefit from another year of booster shots and mandates? The CEO of one of the major pharmaceutical companies. In a staged photo op, President Biden got his third booster shot while wearing a mask, which makes total sense if you ignore all logic and reason. This administration doesn’t seem to care about that; they simply want you to comply and fall in line. A Canadian school health policy is counting anyone who refuses a COVID test as being positive. Surely this isn’t meant to artificially inflate the numbers to give the government more control over its citizens. Panic buying is causing problems in the U.K., as Boris Johnson is considering calling in the army to help stop the oil shortage. Similarly, New York may call on the National Guard to help fill the gap left by health care workers who won’t get vaccinated, and government officials in Australia are saying the unvaccinated will "lose their freedoms" in October. The global governments seem to all be using the same authoritarian playbook. Will it work? Only time will tell. A California woman is being charged with starting the Fawn Fire that ravaged northern California. The self-proclaimed "shaman" is also suspected of starting other fires in the area. Apparently, climate change is using humans to do its bidding, just not in the way environmentalists would like you to believe. "The View" co-hosts who were pulled off the set the other day revealed their tests were actually false positives. If you needed any more proof that this was nothing more than a publicity stunt, there you go.
