Introduction
Breath work is something that we have created as a means of trying to induce our bodies to do what our bodies can do naturally. As things like shocks and traumas and, you know, stress and overwhelm happen in the system, we often lose the ability to regulate our breath according to our metabolic needs. And so this whole idea, this is one of the things that we're working with of course in nonlinear,. This whole idea that you always should take deep breaths and that you should always take these long kind of exhales is essentially messing with the natural system.
