The Importance of Locality in Policing

How much is the lack of better term like localness of all of this, you know, how important is that? I think it's really important. There are certain kinds of policing that are going to be more contentious on local levels than others. You probably want them to be made at the state level in California because a lot of these issues are so hyper local. The problem is that Hyper-Localism can also make housing decisions super fraught and then just empower the nimby by default.
